Default Kelly Moss is a reputable race shop.

I don't know that I'd choose them over Midwest Eurosport or Perfect Power, though, because of the distance.

IMHO, if you take your p-car to a big race shop like those three, you better be spending lots of $$$ or else you end up getting 2nd-rate service since your a 2nd rate customer. Personally, i don't race and I don't spend lots of $$$ so a small local shop like Eurocar (Andy) works best for me. Depends what you want.

Default Reputable? Maybe before the Stone's bought it. I know more racers (pro and am) who have theft them

than joined them.

Doug, their head tech, is AWESOME. But the Stone's are far from quality, IMO.

Lots of questionable things go on there.

As for shops treating people of lower dollars as second rate, you are 100% correct and this is a VERY large problem with Moss.

A friend of mine spent $150,000 per year + in race support and was second fiddle to guys spending $250,000. As a $50,000 or under customer, we're all not worth their time.

Default This seems to be one of the only places in the Madison area that my dad can go...

that isn't a dealership. I'll let him know some of the opinions on here and see if there is somewhere else he can go (he's a "little" customer for them).

Default If you haven't already, you might ask Doug as he's a former Cheesehead, however...

...PLEASE don't bother him for the next two days while he's finishing my car!!
