Round trip from Chicago might be a bit more than that, especially if you do the whole thing, but a pretty drive is the Kettle Moraine Scenic Drive in WI. From the web link:
"The 115-mile drive traverses six Wisconsin counties. Its northern end is near Elkhart Lake in northern Sheboygan County and its southern end is at Whitewater Lake in southeastern Walworth County." |
