NEGARO BLUE S4 CHICAGO SUBURBS

Have any of you guys in the west suburbs seen that Negaro Blue S4 with OZ rims for a Benz?
It looks like poo.
I've seen that guy at the autocross too, he's a bad driver, I beat him with my nearly stock 98 jetta 2.0L.
I heard he's crashed a bunch of his cars, stay on the sidewalks if you don't want to get hit.
