Default Changing Brake Pads

Has anyone changed their own brake pads on an A4? I have a track event on the 6th, and don't want to fork over the cash to have it done at a shop, and the dealer, who would probably do it under the warranty, is backed up until the 13th.

Can probably always see how this is done at Blackhawk, as I guess there will be some replacing of them there.
