Default yes...it takes some work...but it can be done.

search for username: Wishbone (I think). His name is Joshua..and he has a Nav+ in his allroad.

I'm pretty sure you need to download some s/w to help you do this.

good luck!

just curious....do you have a Nav+ from a 2002+ A6 installed in your A4?

Default I wrote you back man? did you get my email? I think that was you?

Click the image to open in full size.

You need to download "kolumbia" from:
http://www.navi-projekt.de/

Unless he's updated it you cannot use the latest firmware with it either. I can't recall exactly what version you need to use, so you'll have to dig around on the audinav yahoo group to find that.

Basically you patch the firmware with your updated logo and flash your NAV+. It's pretty freaky because if you mess up you can lockup your nav.

Default In What way are you flashing the nav+?

Isn't it just changing the info on the boot cd? Or do you actaully burn a cd and load that, and re-flash the nav+?

Can you give some information on the process?

Thanks!

Default well..

You use this program to modify the firmware boot logo. Burn a new firmware update cd and reload the firmware into the NAV+. It's that easy. As long as your firmware gets updated ok and your nav+ can read the cd. This is a good way to seriously mess up your nav+.
