will it still work?!

I have a 1999 a4 fitted with the concert set up. The information of the radio station or cd track etc is displayed in the rectangular block in my dash. However, i am changing the headunit for a kenwood mask and want to know - will this information still be displayed in the dash? Not an overly complex question i grant you, but i want it to work!
