Where the heck do you buy MB Quart speaker adaptors!!

Also, What are the best fitting speakers that go with the adaptors. I don't want to do any cutting if possible!

I called the US MB Quart office and they said those adapters are no longer being made and will not be available any more. If anyone finds any I would like to have some too.
