Default Anyone know where the stock alarm is located......I'm adding a pager to it soon.....

I know the horn is in the trunk, but where is the alarm unit itself. Anyone have experience with which wires do what?

Guess I may have to buy a factory repair cd rom.

I can just hook the pager to the horn output wires in the trunk, but it has the ability to to show what set the alarm off...doors, hood, sensor, etc. via a small LCD on the pager. I'd like to be able to utilize the additional features as well.

Also for those who do not like that horn in the trunk, the place that I am getting the pager from is also sending me a single tone 124db, siren that I can use with the factory 'pulsed' output alarm.

A small project that I will work on as soon as the Texas summer ends, 104F right now!

I'll keep everyone posted on the progress.

Default It should be somewhere on the passenger side of the trunk.

Probably behind the carpet by the fender. I remember reading it from clifford's vehicle specific wiring info.

Default I'm using the stock alarm....just adding a pager to it.......

The only forseeable problem is that the pager will be set off whenever I arm the stock alarm, becuse I need to get it reprogramed for no arming chirp.

Since this is running 'piggyback' off of the stock alarm, I guess it should be Ok with a turbo timer.
