Default There is no debate....

You either need it or you don't. There are those that don't have an issue with getting the 2.0T. And those that need quattro due to location etc.... & will wait for it on the 2.0T or get the 3.2 in a year or so.

I dont think some one that lives in Vermont for example should be getting a car with out quattro. I know I wouldnt, I use to live in Western NY, and there is no way any car I had up there wouldnt have Quattro. They should wait, and even though it may be tempting now, its better in the long run for them.

I and many in the South are lucky to fit in a demographic that doesnt mind this (no quattro) or need it (especially confirmed after driving the car)...nothing more. I dont think there is really a debate.

Default 2 million milwaukee drivers can't be wrong...

I drove in Milwaukee for years with FWD and you know - you can do it juuuuust fine. I'll take FWD for better acceleration, better gas milage, and $2400 spent on othe options like premium and xenon. Dealers in Seattle don't even carry FWD A4s - so I'm glad the A3 is coming in FWD only.
