Shokan Coachworks Sucks!

I initiated a transaction with Shokan Coachworks after seeing their icon on your website. I felt confident in the fact that you wouldn't endorse them if they were not good merchants. To the contrary, I had the worst experience in my life dealing with these people. Shipping rusted non working parts and dishing out the worst abuse on the telephone I have ever experienced makes me wonder why you would let their icon exist on your website.

I myself have had several transactions with them for used parts and have had no issues. Talk with the owners to try and resolve your problem.

I do believe it was the psycho owner that abused me on the phone. My issue has already been resolved by VISA.

I wish I did a search for them before I gave them my money. So many horror stories all over the web.

Sold me a bad fuel pump, then tried to say my mechanic, who is also my dad, broke it on purpose to sell me a new one.

Would NEVER use them again.

I hope you didn't buy a used fuel pump........they go bad just sitting after being used in fuel and then stored on a shelf, unless they were completely cleaned out and lubed.
