Default New feature idea...

Maybe you could write something where you add certain usernames to your "friends" list. They show up in green when various forums load next to the post subject. One could also have an "enemies" or "disliked" list. Those names would show up in red.

This is similar to what slashdot does. I think it'd be a very useful feature.

Default An ignore list would be vastly more useful.

Default It could be part of this whole... "User Contacts" feature that I'm calling it now.

We're gonna need a DEV team, some coffee...

Default that might be usefull, but some ppl are already having hard time figuring out how the forum works :-

It might be only those who hang out at AWOT who would actually use that feature. Sounds interesting tho. I would how you were going to implement it in the software interface, as well. If u need some graphics for buttons made up, I would be able to help though. :-)

Default you know on this forum I could imagine it happening more like this...

you add a select group of users and as the replied to threads turn purple, friends from your list of friends can be highlighted if they are the thread starter, so they stand out.. kind of like starred post.

The user interface isnt as complex as the ubb/vbulltin php, so you'd have to KISS(keep it simple stupid)....
