Default Why was my post on the A6 forum deleted by the moderator????

I was not trying to sell an item on ebay. It is not my listing, and I have no vested interest in the wheel whatsoever. I was only trying to pass along a great deal on a factory Audi wheel for sale on Ebay.
If it was the physical link to Ebay that violated any rules, that's fine... just let us know that. And tell me how I could reference such a thing in the future. But don't tell us that we cant reference ebay at all. That's foolish.

Default Even if I'm only inforning others of Audi related parts at a great price?....

What is the recommended way to handle this then? Doesn't make sense that we can't keep others informed of products on ebay, especially if I'm not connected to the product or seller in any way.

Default The TOU should have some clarity on AW's exact view towards eBay.

It's very "odd" that Audiworld would not allow links to eBay, whether the item is being sold by the user or not, and than ALSO try and profit off eBay and have a banner ad from them.

At least include some reasoning why, i.e. to protect the users from possible scams and hoax's.

Policy doesn't condone eBay or its use, auctions or links to.

Banner ads do condone eBay, it's use, and even is linked to from within eBay.

I don't know what legal advice was given to creating the TOU, but I don't see why if things are highly questionable it can't be "mom & pop" style and explained a little.

Seriously that's like telling your kid not to go to **** sites and than sending him links all day long.
