Modest, simple suggestions...

1. How about having a link on "tracked threads" page that can update the entire page? Sometimes this would help when we have un-updated tracked threads on many forums at once.

2. We discussed previously how a pop-up menu item for the home page would be useful. Some of us go directly to the forum frame and don't see the updated news items. Just a minor convenience so I don't have to have a homepage bookmark as well as the forum one. :^)
