2000 TT Windshield Replacement Question

Not sure what that is, but be sure the new windshield has the correct position for the rear view
mirror. Some replacement on the coupes have had the mirror position too high, this happen to me and they had to replace the replacement.

Commonly used on Audi, Porsche and VW, PAAS stands for
Pre-Applied Adhesion System (PAAS). It is a
pre-applied urethane system used to create proper adhesion with the windshield. It requires a re-activator when replacement glass is installed.
I don't know jack about this, but Google is wonderful and took me two minutes to find out.

I had my windshield replaced and they did a horrible job
They let the goop come out from where the glass presses against the body of the vehicle. I forgot the name of the company....its national... but I had to use them since the insurance company pays 100%.
