What is the normal/average Engine Coolant Temperature in Celcius?

What is the normal/average Engine Coolant Temperature in Celcius?
I am going to use that Climate Control Panel to display the exact coolant temp, but I am not quite sure what the norm. is. My coolant meter used to be dead center when warmed up, what would that mean in degrees?

Yup, it sure was. And it's gotten worse. Dealer will take a 2'nd shot at fixing it next week.
