Default Just seeing it there is any interest..... BBS RXII 8.5x18" wheels

On my S8 I have BBS RXII 8.5x18 wheels which have some curb rash and a little bit of weather wear in the seams. They still look great by most standards. Paul W has seen them up close and can vouch for these wheels if he chooses... I priced out getting them refinished at http://www.wheelcollision.com/ for about $160 a piece. My problem is this means being without a set of wheels for 1-2 weeks. So here is my idea.... Most people probably would not even feel the need to refinish these wheels, I am just a bit of a perfectionist.

I might be interested in buying a set of brand new ones at $587 a piece at Tirerack and selling the old ones for $275-$300 each. This is nearly half the cost of new ones and even if you did refinish them this would still be $500 or more less than buying a set of new ones in the long run. These are AWESOME wheels and I have gotten TONS of comments on them.... In fact if memory serves me correctly, Paul even offered to trade his stock wheels for these on the spot when I was at his house.

The new wheels may not be available for a month or I might not do it until after the holidays, but if anyone would be interested, please let me know via email as this will drive my decision to go forward or not.

In any case, the idea is even with the cost of refinishing, they are still going to save you over $127-$152 a piece, plus no taxes on the sale from me... etc... again, I am just exploring any interest.
