1997 Audi A8 - Headrest Black

Looking for a black headrest for a 1997 A8. Any recommendations (besides dealer)?? Is this part common to A4, A6 .....

The stereo installer screwed-up while installing LCDs in the headrest and cut it up pretty bad.
