freshly ported and rebuilt 4.2 heads. A guy I know with a well-calibrated g-tech pro saw an indicated 50hp increase with porting and a valve job on his early ABH 4.2. But he cut a spare head in half to see the wall thickness and spent 200 hours working on them, lol. Any shop that does VW porting can do a fiarly good job, however.

Money well spent if your sled has over 100k on it.

We were going to have the cams reground to 267 - copying the CAT cam specs, but decided to go turbo. Will let you guys know how that turns out ;P

Default a good vw shop with 16v experience should port and valve grind the pair for $1200-$1500

ought to wake that **** up real nice.
