a8 -97 dashboard Cluster Dimmer Lightbulbs?

Hi Folks

A helping hand is needed/

The lights in the instrument cluster will no longer dim or brighten from about 5 days ago. Only the standard background red light remain.

I have taken out the cluster and could see 3 x bulb in orange holders & holder and 1 x in black holder. Would I be right in assuming one or all of these need changing or is there something else that I have missed.

I am certain this has been covered on the forum but just can't find it. Has anyone got a picture showing the same?

I is possible that all three went out at the same time, but not likely. Do the lights in the HVAC and Radio control heads dim when you dim the instrument cluster light switch? They are connected together. If the HVAC or Radio heads don't work either, then you have a bad dimmer switch, wire, connector, or fuse.
