2001 2.7T 6spd sport/cold/prem blk/blk 58k (w/1yr left on CPO warranty) what is it worth?

Unfortunately I may have to sell her and I am trying to get a feel for what the market is. Have a baby on the way and can't afford to keep the car in NYC. Would you believe that I pay more for parking than for the car!
