Default Autospeed - no response from them

Ok, I'm not one to quickly complain but let me know if the following is reasonable or not.

I ordered a product two weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately.

I asked a simple question via email. No response.

I followed up with another email. No response.

I'm hitting two weeks now and since I live only a couple of hours away... it can't be "in the mail".

I've never had this problem with ECS, Vast, AWE, Startup, GIAC or other vendors.

Much like the diner who is afraid of complaining for fear of spittle ending up in one's food, I fear the same of what I'll end up getting.

Should I just cancel with my credit car company? Everyone seems to like those guys, and I'd really like to support them.

I'd try giving the shop a call on the phone tomorrow.

Default I replied to their shipping confirmation info@autospeed.us

It's where the charge confirmation was sent from, so I just hit reply.

I found another similar email on their website and resent again.

Default Try sending an email to

frank@autospeed.us and mark@autospeed.us

Make sure to include your order number, etc...

Wait you did get a shipping confirmation number?
Or just order confirmation number?

What did you order?

Default Same thing happened to me when I ordered my TSB from them.

Got charged for it immediately, got a confirmation, etc. I noticed on the confirmation that they ommitted my apt #, so I called to update my info and asked when to expect the TSB and was told they were on back order for 2 weeks. No biggie, whatever. Followed up after 2 weeks with some emails, but never got a reply. Called and left voicemails, but never got a return call. Eventually, a month later, I got my TSB. I'm not mad or anything, just wanted to say that I went through the same thing so it's not just you.
