My Stage 3 Fueling Experience...EPL rocks
Just thought I'd share my experience over the past year and a half...
If you don't want to read, moral of the story, is EPL rocks.
Alright, so those that don't know, I bought my car almost 2 years ago now in August of 06' from Maplewood Audi. Car ended up having K04s that the previous owner didn't even know about.
4 months after buying the car, I bought an Autospeed fueling kit(As well as full ASP Exhaust). Car felt good going from stock, but I was seeing unsafe spikes(up to 26-27psi) on the OTS file(like many other people) and very high correction factors. The car didn't get driven much the past year because I was away at school. Car ran a 4 second FATS run on this file in 60* weather a few weeks ago. (With ER Intercoolers)
While I'm now at home and driving my car regularly. On Wednesday, we got around to putting in my EPL. Wow. First file we tried ran absolutely amazing. Did a 3.7 FATS in 80* weather. No boost spike and is running 22 taper to 20 by redline. Perfect. With the ASP, I would see a huge dip in boost around 5000 rpms. I also experienced a surging feel with the ASP while in vacuum, but this has now stopped with the EPL. This stuff is awesome.
Ended up throwing my car on the dyno last weekend, and just so happened I was still on ASP. So we did ASP and EPL(OTS Tune) back to back. I saw 30whp/30lbtq more on the EPL, and was a heck of a lot smoother/safer.
Anyway, I'll stop rambling. Moral of the story is this is the best stuff I've seen personally and Tony has been great to work with.
