Default Those that have painted the shifter surround trim to match the sport interior What was the closest

paint code/color that matched the interior trim?? I have installed the aluminium belt line trim and wanted to color match the surround any help would be appreciated! -Rob

Default duplicor silver was/is pretty close

Default cool tahnks for the fast reply! Do you think it would be a good i dea to spray it with a spray gun

at a body shop? Or not worth it?

Default I spent less than 10.00 doing this.....

Sanded alll the plastic down really good. Sprayed about 7 layers on. Then about 6 layers of clear.

Def do it yourself.

I am a retard when it comes to diy. But this is pretty easy and looks OEM.

Default just a suggestion...might be a silver overload..

painting plastic silver can turn out looking kind of cheap IMO...you could do black surrounds...like me.

(pre-boost gauge pic) but you get the idea.

Default I suggest you use Plasti-Dip black if you want to keep the stock interior look..

Default I agree. Black is much better.

I don't even know why the hazard trim and ashtray is anything other than black plastic either. I like one consistent material through there. IMO.

Default Well My interior is all black with the aluminum trim i figured a silver surround will spice it up a

bit ;-)
