Default Ruths Chris = Outback + 1 / no dress code, however a metalica shirt is tacky regardless

Default I've worn shorts, tshirt and flip flops there in the summer on numerous occassions, that being said

it was in the suburbs of the Seattle area, which is pretty casual to start with.

Default i did the same thing- i wore shorts and a t-shirt and they ushered us into a back room to eat

it was their smallest, most secluded room, but they let us eat there. no other restaurants were open after we arrived on a late flight, so we called ahead and they said they'd see what they could do.

Default No, they won't decline service, but you'll be a sore thumb compared to everyone else.
