Title: Catalog Data Manager
Reports to: Director of eCommerce
Status: Salary

JOB DESCRIPTION:
General: Manage catalog application data and product details for aftermarket automotive products.
Responsibilities include:
Paper catalogs, supplements, and other printed material
Review feedback from data receivers (Epicor, OptiCat, and WHI) to reduce overlaps and improve application data
Work with photographer to maintain and revise digital images
Answer phone calls and emails regarding cataloged applications, product details, and availability
Maintain product information in our server for internal and external customers
Support Marketing and Sales Departments to produce reports as needed
Direct ACES mappers for updates, revisions, and release of data to receivers
Attend industry events and training
Education and Experience:
Solid familiarity with automotive makes and models
Aftermarket or OE automotive parts supplier or manufacturer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient computer skills Word, Excel
