Anyone hear of Xylon Paint Sealant?

Interesting. My audi dealer said thats what they use on the interiors.
When ever I drop my car off to have work done they detail it, and the interoir always looks AND SMELLS brand new, better than I can make it look/smell.
I asked what they use to clean it and they said "Idustrial Xzilon".... They told me how to spell it, but I forgot, I tried to find some at the autoparts stores locally but failed.
