Hello all, we at Innovative Racing would like to share our latest project. This is work in progress and will be getting updated as we go. We are currently working with united motorsport on the tuning and will be hitting the dyno shortly.
Here are some pics, more detailed pics of the build can be found @ http://innovativeracingconcepts.com/irc/.

How big is that turbo? And since it's obviously not a twin-scroll design, how bad is the lag?

The turbo is a ball bearing 60series. We are currently running 15psi on giac software, it hit boost pretty quick man.

Nice...the reason I asked about the lag is because the stock turbo is small and boosts up right off idle. I've done the big turbo swap on other cars in the past and it was great for top end power, but typical street driving suffered because the bigger turbo wouldn't build boost until the engine was at higher RPM.

So that turbo is good for about 500 HP, correct? What's the goal on your test car?

yeah man it is a pretty good spooling setup. From what i have collected the valvetronic plays a pretty big roll. Turbo is good for 500. Not really looking to push it too high at the moment, but overall we will be shooting for 500.
