navigation software not working
i drive a 2017 audi a4, suddenly, when i press the voice activation button on the steering wheel, i get a message that says the speech dialog software is not loaded. also, my map feature on the dashboard just says that it is initializing.
took the car to the dealer and they said it was tied to the navigation software not working. they tried to reinstall it but that didnt work, they told me that audi is aware of the problem and wants $1200 to update the software. what?! this is fixing a problem, not updating for more options or better service. anyone else have this issue?
