Installed 225/17/45 instead of 50 : Impact?
Hi,
I mounted my 225/17/45 winter tires on 17 inches rims from my 2006 A4 on my A5 winter rims. I knew that I needed 225/17/50, but didn't want to buy new tires. No TPMS either, but now that they are installed, I don't have any warning light in the dash.
I know that my speedometer will be off, but can I expect any other impact?
The dealer is saying I might have my ABS working as the sensor will detect that the wheel is not turning correctly, is that right?
