Default looks like

441-611-021B which is the "short aluminum type"
according to world-pac it is used in the UrS4/S6, V8q, and the 200 20v tq.

The 441-611-021A is the "short aluminum type. 25.40mm cyl. 17.5/18mm Dia. reservoir holes" that fits the 20v 90 sedan and CQ, and the 200 10v tq/non-q

That ought to stiffen up your brake pedal nicely.

Default Um, what is the difference in piston diameter.....................

I had to replace a faulty MC in my 92 100. The replacement I got looks remarkably like yours, and snap-bang: No change in braking between my old MC (when it was healthy) and the new one, either with stock brakes or the A8 upgrade kit I run.

The difference in external housing size is irelevant. You are going from a steel tube M/C to a cast aluminum M/C. BFD. The difference would be if the pistons inside were different. Are they? I am curious. Thanks!
