Default I tried that exact method...

...and tried it again today when I did my final install, and the damn things just wouldn't come out! I've never seen such stubborn pins!

Default what is the final verdict

So, obviously this thread applies to me, so no back story. About the guy who found, from Jag mechanic, that pin 4 was co and that the 3 pin doesn't need it, do i only need to modify the sensor socket and plug away, or do i still need the pot/resistor? thanks

you need the resistor and potentiometer.

Which is obviously wrong, where did I do wrong?

Can anyone provide me with a good instructionpicture where all the wires are suppose to go?

This guide is very hard to follow..

I hope I interpreted the wiring right. The first pic is how nothing wired it. The second pic is a more generic way of how to wire it.
