MPH to KMH

Does anyone know how or what the coding procedure is to change the instrument cluster to KMH instead of MPH and Litres instead of Gallons?

Try this:

[Select]
[17 - Instruments]
[Recode - 07]
Change the 3rd digit from a "2" (US) to "3" (Canada)
[Do It!]

FYI - If you change the country code to japan you will see km/l instead of l/100km.
