Default new to spacers, are different thicknesses needed for front and rear?

My snows are on stock wheels but are rubbing on shock perches a bit. I want to move them out about 10mm. Can I just get 4 10 mm spacers and have it equal? Thanks!!

Default is the car lowered?

if you got the right size tires they should not rub

yes, you can get 4x10mm

assuming you have a quattro (rear track narrower than FWD), many here get a bigger spacer for the rear to fill out the wheel wells more (cosmetic)

cheers

Default DOH! forgot to read your reply...

I have Blizzaks that Tire Rack recommended, but they must be a bit tall/wide. I do have a quattro, so I'll probably opt for the 15 for the rear, right? Thanks!!
