The tranny is working exactly as it should....can drive 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 MPH with absolutely no hunting whatsoever.

It works just like it was designed too, and it can push the car at 1200 RPM and stay solid.

I will be interested to see what happens in the next week, especially highway driving.

So are you saying the definitive fix for the hunting/surging is a rebuilt TC? Please keep us posted, as many of us are trying to decide what course of action is the best remedy. Tkx!

Does Gabor (Tozo) do this commercially or do we have to know him?

I would consider a trip to Chicago to get the tranny done when the inevitable time comes.
