Cam position/cam timing marks???
Thank you in advance for any info or tips. I'm doing upper timing chains and tensioners and I have the cams off but don't seem to see any timing marks to put them back. I understand which one is the exhaust and intake cam but which way do they go!!! This job was done not long ago by someone and since then has had cam codes. Doing the job again because of oil leaking now and codes. Have all the tools to keep her locked in place just need to know about the cams. Hard finding any info on this stuff.
Thanks!

Hey thanks for getting back to me.i have the cams locked and crank locked with the special tools. Are you sure you can put the cam sprockets on anyway? I am seeing mixed reviews about this and don't want to mess this up thank you!

Can you point me to the "mixed reviews"? Bentley is pretty clear on how to install the chains. I'm in the middle of doing a chain guide replacement right now, so I'm pretty deep into this myself.
