Hey I've got an 84 4kq.
It runs fine starts right up like it supposed to, but it's running so rich I'm probably getting better mileage with my ford big block. I've gone through $50 of gas in 4 days just driving to and from work.

So I'm in need of some help to try and solve the problem in as few trips to the parts store as possible as I'm on a rather tight budget at the moment. My first guess is an o2 sensor, but someone also told me that it might have something to do with a coolant temp sensor? Which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but what do I know. I'm sure I'm not giving enough info on the symptoms so please ask away and I'll gladly fill anyone in more.
