How Do You Order This?
Does anyone know what this option is? Or what it's called? Is it available in the states? It is not the sport seating, but it is an upgraded leather interior, notice the double stitching and the deeper tan color of the leather.
I attempted to explain this interior to a salesman, and he just did not know what I was referring to. Does anyone here in Audiworld know? If this interior is anyway available I must have it!
I am unable to figure out how to get my pictures uploaded into this antiquated messageboard software. I have no problem posting pictures onto a vbulletin messageboard, but this is too nonsensical for me. I'll try a link. It would be nice if the owners of this board would spend the money necessary for real messageboard software.

Hard to tell, but it could be the premium leather - they call it "Cricket Leather." I believe the stitching is more elaborate, and the general texture is richer, but I have not seen the two side by side to compare. Probably also a heavier thickness leather. I think this is standard in the 4.2 Premium. It's a $1,000 option on the regular 4.2.

No I don't believe this is Cricket. I have seen the standard leather that comes in the Premium. What is interesting is that the upgraded leather in the Premium is the base leather package in the Toureg! You can upgrade the Toureg to Nappa leather which may be what I have pictured, but I cannot find out for sure.
I see I mis-nomered the pictured leather in my original post. Cricket is what you get standard in the Premium pkg.

cricket is standard leather dude.
Verano is the premium leather.
Sline is only one with Nappa option - on the standard sport seat nappa/alacantra mix.
Aparantly the chair looks the same and stitching to.
The main diff is the prem leather is softer.
This could just be a pre-prod demo car - sometimes there are examples on these that dont make production.

CRICKET is the upgraded leather on the Q7; this interior in this picture is a European interior.
It is a Quattro Gmbh interior.
You can tell by the small aluminum badge on the leather on the door.
You may not be able to get this interior unfortunately.

this makes sense. i could tell this is an upgrade to even the prem pkg. q7. it is gorgeous, at least now i know what to badger the audi dealers about. is there somewhere to find out more about audi gmbh?
