what do you mean??? that is the main Audi owner clientel....
the stuff i saw, heard, and was told about customers when i was working at an audi dealership would make anyone that knows what a lug is cringe. "My car is not accelerating as well as it used to"....the floor mat had wrinkled up behind the gas pedal. "Since the car was still able to move i wanted to save money on towing" a lady that did the same as your thread, but with her car! But i will still say Saab owners are the most negligent...."you have to 'regularly' change the oil???"

Saw it today at Mission Viejo Audi
I stopped by the parts dept today at Mission Viejo Audi today and there it was. It's even more amazing in person. How could someone be so stupid, especially to do it to two different cars!
(Nuvolari1, are you in sales, service, etc.? Maybe we've talked. I had my TT serviced there and just leased an '06 A4 S-Line Avant from Jarrett. Send me an email if you have a chance.)

Common sense would have me thinking so, but.....
she did roll in with her car in a very similar condition. That being the case, I'd have given her a rental car, and strongly urged her to purchase the extra insurance! Kind of like, reloading a mugger's gun for him, while he's mugging you.....
