I pulled heaterbox without removing central consol and got both hand bleeding.

Good job Brdman! Shop just replaced mine for $500(ouch!). If only I had time to spare... :-(

How did you get the box unstuck. You said u used some broom handles but where did you wedge them?

Mine was so stuck I just gave up.
