Default Hmm, drip some onto white plastic to gauge the color. My tank is kinda brown, but

the coolant is still quite red/pink as viewed through the tank.

Hijack: are we still on for sometime this week?

Default Works for me too...YGM. And no I don't work for.......

Third Federal. I park at ICT, but actually work for the small company in the old grist mill behind ICT (too many damn trees over our parking lot + flocks of Starlings = sap and **** like you wouldn't believe).

Default Quite common. I think it's just the pink dye that oxidizes and turns brown with age, not oil or

other contaminant necessarily. Both my B5 cars had it as well. Changed the tank and coolant and it's fine now - will come back in 50k miles no matter what...
