Default 16" Wheels: Not a Chance?

Have a set of Bridgestone Blizzaks mounted on some 16" wheels that my wife used on her Tiguan for the winters. I tend to think of the Q5 as the Tiguan's nicer cousin, even though they really don't share much beyond the engine, so I assumed these would fit her new Q5.

Tirerack doesn't list a fitment for 16" at all, so I'm guessing that's my answer, but just curious if anyone has tried it. Is it the front brake calipers that are the issue if so?

The Tiguan and Q5 don't share the same centre bore (57.1 vs 66.5 mm)and 16" will not clear the brakes.

I think that it is impossible to mount a 16" wheels on the Q5.
The smallest wheels that are installed on Q5 17". Although on models A4 and A5, which share a platform with the Q5 exist 16" wheels
