Hi guys I just bought a 1987 audi coupe GT, and some of my shocks have gone bad, i will have to replace them, while am at it I want to do some lowering springs with koni shocks. My question is would any of you guys know if the 4000 and the coupe springs are compatible? I would really appreciate if I can get an answer asap since I found an awesome special deal. Thanks in advance

No direct, sure-thing experience, but the fwd versions of these cars should use the same OE struts and springs, so a set for a 4000 (NOT quattro) should be a direct replacement for your Coupe. Another thought: check aftermarket spring suppliers and compare the kit or part numbers for both cars.

What about B&G? Looks like they have a set that fits non-Q 4k
