Default so I bought the '93 90 cs quattro back that I traded for '00 a6 4.2l for $500

Got it home noticed water pump was leaking looked in coolant tank noticed oil residue replaced water pump thermostat all gaskets head gaskets freshened from bottom to top anyway get it all back together fluids in all wired up correctly go to start no start. Loud buzz comes from fuel pump relay nothing from pump. Took relay out and bypassed it pump starts pumping got new relay same thing. Any suggestions?

Did you check the power at the relay terminal(base) and( (or) ground on engine side?

Did you check the valve timing and compression and fuel is coming out to cold starter vale etc.
Can you start engine(or cranking?. ) with remote starting switch or bypassing the wiring on stater (ignition switch must be on position, plus park and brake on!) and watch the spark or.

It turns over. Replaced fuel pump relay again now I got fuel other one must have been a faulty relay. So now the only thing I don't have is spark
