21" tire suggestions? Looking for something quiet and long tread life
The size is 295-35-21. Looking for something that is quiet and has long tread life. I believe my current ones are continental and they are not quiet. Suggestions?

There are very few tire options for the 21" OEM tire size and none of them are considered "long tread life" AFAIK. Pretty much just summer performance (~300 UTQG max) and dedicated winter tires. No high treadwear ratings or all seasons with high UTQG that I've seen. The best treadwear warranty I've even seen was 20k from Michelin and those are $500 each. My car came with Dunlops and I recently switched to Contis. So far, so good.

I have been very happy with my Vredestein Ultrac SUV Sessanta's. Can't speak to the life since I only have about 7,000 miles on them, but they are quiet, handle very well in both wet and dry and the price point is very good!
This is the best option for So.Cal. If you take many trips to the mountains in the winter I would look into the new the new WINTRAC NEXTREME SUV by vredestein.

Aren't those a dedicated winter tire? If so, not a great option if you're spending much time driving in dry/mild climate.

Contis are the best for thread wear from what I heard. Michelin Latitude have a decent thread life, everything else I've seen in this size are "Max Performance" (Dunlop, Pirelli, Yokohama), so thread wear is probably worse.
