I caught my dealer in a lie with the tire rotation. I specifically asked them not to wash it so I was able to tell by the undisturbed brake dust that the tires had not been touched (even though they told me it had been done).
Unfortunately I had no way to tell if the oil had been changed.

Just get my new Q5. 1200 miles. When I go in for my 5K service I am going to mark the inside of the tires with chalk to see if the rotation was done. Plan on rotating the tires no less than every 5K or sooner. We had a GL 450 4Matic that ate tires every 18K. Started rotating every 2500 and then got about 26K out of a set. By the way what is up with this no dip stick thing? When I picked up the Q5, the first thing I did was look under the hood and pulled out what should have been the dip stick and found a little nub on the end. I asked the service manager and he said they don't have dip sticks anymore!!! He also said they suck/pump the old oil out instead of using the drain plug. Said the oil pan has been "redesigned" and unscrewing/screwing the drain plug causing them to leak over time. Some redesign. All in all I am very impressed with the car. It is a 3.2 and has more poop than I remember when driving the demo and I drove it hard. Not like my old 2000 E55 which slams you into the back of the seat but it performs quite nicely.

I've owned numerous cars (Mercedes, Infiniti, Toyotas, etc.) in my lifetime and I've done every routine maintenance myself. I don't like other people touching my cars and for the most part, I don't trust the dealership. Maybe it's just me, but I've had bad experiences with the workmanship at different dealerships. As my old man used to say, if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself! Besides, these cars are pretty easy to work on, IMHO. When the time comes, I'll just have to buy a VAG-COM cable to reset the service light. This one thing I don't like about the Audi/Q5; even Mercedes does not need a VAG-COM cable to reset the service light!
