Just got my car from first service, 5k. My oil level is really close to min, at about a quarter of the bar. The car was returned dirty, not washed. Just wondering whether oil change is included and if so what is the correct level of engine oil after the service. Also, do you get your vehicles washed after the service?

If you value the paint on your car's paint youll never let anyone wash it or use a car wash.... I believe there is no oil change at 5k

Here's what should be done in first service:

Engine Oil/Oil Filter – change oil and replace filter
Tires and Spare Wheel – check for wear and damage, check tire pressure, reset Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
Tires – rotate, reset TPMS
Wiper Blades – check condition and replace if necessary
Wiper/Washer/Headlight Washer – check adjustment and function, add fluid if necessary
Service Reminder Display – reset
Brake System – check for damage, leaks, pad thickness, fluid level

Any way to check if there is fresh oil? There is no dipstick in these vehicles.

They definitely did not rotate tires or adjust tire pressure. Makes me wonder if they did anything at all.

So what did the service slip show?

They do change oil & filter, at least they did on ours.

No way in hell Audi would change full synthetic at 5K. Not a chance

Now that I remember right.. I believe the 5K is simply a courtesy "check up" Nothing done. I purchased Audi Care and that kicks in at 15K.
