Seriously I am trying to figure it out, are you being paid to help keep the guy that screwed Arcteryx from getting slammed on the forums.

I can see both sides.
I'm not taking sides either. He can bitch and complain all he wants.
My point was and is, if he has complaints and he isn't getting anywhere with his phone calls and e-mails to contact an attorney. He should have proof of what he bought and has installed on his car.
What good is bitching and complaining if you aren't going to do anything about it? It may keep a few people from going to Staley sure but in the end it's not resolving his probelms.
There is nothing in my replies that's defending either one. Arcteryx's attorney would also be advising him to stop these posts as well.

Doesn't sound like he can bitch and complain all he wants, if you had it your way. If he want's to bitch let him, what do you care? Leave the man be, perhaps it is just good therapy for him..
