non-foulers worked for me w/ APR stage 3. I may get a CEL about once a month or while at the track.

just installed my test on my ATW yesterday, unbolted the o2 sensors, the top 3 bolts on the cat, disconnected the sleeve, and the bracket bolt on the down pipe. since my down pipe had the connected rubber sleeve i was able to pull it out from the engine bay by continuously spinning it clockwise and it came right out. I took out the whole air box as well. overall it was about an hour job.
didn't use any fowlers, just plugged it straight into my ECS Test Pipe and no CEL on my 00' ATW yet, even after romping around on it to see if it would turn on. knock on wood.
straight piped to a cherry-bomp muffler. yay for no emissions county!
ps. you can totally feel the power gain with the test.

So did you only do the fouler trick on the post O2 sensor? I am wanting to do my exhaust tomorrow and would like to have all the parts needed and a good idea what im doing..
