Anyone in the Seattle area that haven't tried Han's VW w/ Audi Repair(West Seattle)you should. If you choose to go the non-dealer direction which seems best unless you have a warranty you'll be happy with these guys.

I just purchased my A6 2.7T. I had a overheating issue today and brought it to Han's. Han's jr. and I had a little bit of miscommunication. Which was my fault for being ignorant. Han's jr. was very nice in the situation and my car is running perfectly and the work was done faster than a shoe shine at a airport. From the look at the amount of the cars they had at the shop they aren't hurting for business. But a they deserved a thumbs up.
