Sold my Audi and I want to cancel my Audi Connect which I paid for upfront. Was told that it's non refundable, that's total BS IMO.
Anyone get them to refund you or who should I call?

Unfortunately, the 30 month promo subscription is not refundable as stated in the agreement (though I believe they can accommodate a transfer of the account to a new Audi). You can try calling T-Mobile and ask to escalate to a supervisor but chances are they won't make an exception on a refund. Audi won't be of any help as it's a contract between you and T-Mobile,
